Acceptable Use Policy

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to violate the rights of any third party.
• Submit stolen payment details, or attempt chargeback fraud.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or organization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or probe/scan our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to abuse pricing, rate limits, or the sign-up process.
• Resell access to the Service outside of the built-in reseller/white-label feature without our permission.
• Order engagement (followers, views, etc.) intended to manipulate elections, spread deliberate misinformation, or harass individuals.
• Use the Bulk SMS or Bulk Mail tools to send unsolicited messages to recipients who have not agreed to receive them, or to send phishing, malware, or fraudulent content of any kind.

You are solely responsible for the content of every SMS and email you send through the Service, and for having a lawful basis (e.g. prior consent, an existing customer relationship) to contact each recipient. You must honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests and comply with applicable anti-spam laws (e.g. the NDPR, CAN-SPAM, GDPR where relevant) for every recipient on your list. We may suspend Bulk SMS or Bulk Mail access without notice if we detect spam complaints, unusually high bounce/failure rates, or content that violates this policy.

Gift card purchases are final once the code is revealed in your order history. Codes are provided as-is from our suppliers; report any invalid or already-redeemed code to support within 48 hours of purchase so we can investigate.

Using SMM services may violate the terms of service of the social platform involved (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X). You are responsible for understanding and accepting that risk before ordering — we are not responsible for any action a platform takes against your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, withhold funds obtained through fraud, and where required, report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
